Assignment logs shows all ticket assignments, giving a more comprehensive view of tickets. Admins can see all assignments by the assigned time, agent, or channel type, while agents can keep track of all the tickets they were assigned at least once.
As a ticket can be assigned to the same agent multiple times, the same ticket can appear in the list more than once.
